How to get rid of your karma seal

If you’ve been following this blog, you’ll know that I don’t like karma seals.

I’m pretty sure this is because they’re a little too much like their namesake, the seal of the moon.

But what about the seal that represents karma?

You’ve heard of karma, right?

In Buddhism, the meaning of karma is that all of our actions and decisions are connected to the nature of the karmic energy that we have within us.

So if I do this, then I’m doing it for the good of the universe.

Karma seals are very good, so they’re very easy to get, right?!

Well, maybe not so easy. 

Karma seals are a great example of the power of the subconscious mind. 

In Buddhism, Karma is the power to create a sense of joy, happiness, and fulfillment in oneself.

So, for instance, if I get a good night’s sleep, then the karma I created in my body for that night is the best thing that happened to me.

But how do you know if you have karma?

Karma comes from two sources: first, through experience; and second, through intention. 

If you’ve read the book Mindfulness and the Body, you know that when you meditate, you’re releasing your inner self.

In other words, the intention that you have in the moment is what’s keeping you grounded.

This is the mind that’s giving you energy to stay focused on your breath and your breathing. 

Then, once you’re in that state of mind, you have a feeling of peace and tranquility. 

And as a result, when you take that energy away from the mind, that’s the moment of the seal. 

As a result of this, it’s very easy for you to see the seal, so you can start to see how to get it off. 

First, start with one foot. 

Try to keep the first foot planted on the ground.

You want the feeling of being planted in the ground to help you get your mind out of your body.

Try to hold the ground with your hands.

Then, move your hands towards the ground so that you can use them to pick up your feet and place them in the same spot as you were when you first laid down. 

Keep moving forward until you’re back in the body, then you’ll have to repeat the same thing. 

Repeat the process as many times as you need to until you get to the seal again. 

Once you’ve got the seal on your foot, just start to pull your foot back. 

You can keep your body up, or you can just lie down on your back.

Whatever feels right to you. 

Start to gently pull your feet back.

Keep going until you feel that you’ve gotten the seal off.

Then it’s time to get down on the floor. 

Put your feet on the carpet and lay your hands flat on the back of your legs. 

Get comfortable and put your hands on the ceiling, or place them on your knees. 

Now, when your hands are on the backs of your thighs, hold your arms behind your back and slowly bend them upwards until they’re almost touching your thighs. 

When your arms are close to your thighs and the seal is gone, then try to lean forward slightly, then slightly bend your knees back slightly and lift your arms up a little more. 

Pull your elbows up and your legs a little higher, and slowly lean your back forward again.

Now that you’re leaning forward slightly and lifting your arms a little bit higher, you can gently lower your arms back down again and bring them back down slowly. 

Slowly lower your elbows down until you reach the point where your arms were on the front of your torso.

Keep this point for as long as you can. 

Your arms are now resting on your shoulders and knees, and you’re standing upright with your arms on the top of your head.

Now, let’s try to get your feet slightly closer to the floor and your knees a little lower. 

Hold your feet there and gently lower them a little. 

Do this for a minute or two. 

This should take about 30 seconds.

When you feel comfortable with this, pull your knees up a bit more and gently lean back down.

Now your knees should be about shoulder width apart from each other, with your elbows just touching the floor, and your back should be at a comfortable angle to your body at the bottom.

Now bring your knees to a slight angle, and place your feet in the center of that, leaning forward a bit and bending your knees as you do so. 

Finally, slowly bring your arms into a full bend and place yourself in the position of leaning forward and bending at the top. 

The moment you start to feel your body in that position, your karma seals are gone. 

After you’ve done this for five minutes, you will be able to feel that seal
